Technology Development
IDEATE Medical understands the importance of efficacy, compatibility and through-put and has developed a unique, innovative, low temperature sterilization technology for the safe and rapid terminal sterilization of all endoscopic devices for every procedure. Our technology utilizes the benefits of Vapor Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) sterilization technology, but incorporates key innovations to address the specific challenges associated with the terminal sterilization of long multi-channel endoscopic medical devices. With our innovations the most challenging endoscopic devices can be terminally sterilized in ~40 minutes with no impact to the endoscopic device.
NOTE: Devices that are sterilized in the healthcare environment include but are not limited to: rigid and flexible endoscopes, plastic and metal devices with narrow lumens, heat and moisture sensitive devices, and general surgical instruments.
